Hello and thank you for your interest in commissioning me! Here's all the information you need to know before you contact me. Prices are listed at the bottom of this page.

Terms & Conditions 

I specialize in: 

• Character portraits (such as character cards, book covers, etc)

• Original characters, DnD characters, or fanart

• Fantasy, sci-fi, and contemporary characters

I do not do:

• Extreme detail, like complex armor/mecha 

• Realism/portraits of real people

• Anthropomorphic/furry characters 

• Anything NSFW (light nudity is fine)

​Please note that I can refuse a design or concept for any reason. If you’re unsure about any of the above, just ask me!

By commissioning me, the art I create for you cannot be used for AI/NFT. It is totally fine to post the art as long as you give me credit! On Twitter or Instagram you must include my handle (@holden_creates) in the original post. If you would like to use/sell my art (as a book cover, merchandise, etc.) please contact me to discuss licensing fees.

How to Order & Pay

1. Contact me through social media DM (contact) or e-mail (swholdencreative@gmail.com)

2. Let me know what type of commission you want, either portrait or half-body, and how many characters you’d like in the piece.  

Please include ALL of the following information:
       -        Character's name
       -        Written description + reference images/inspiration for their appearance 
       -        Any poses or expressions, plus any extras like accessories, magic effects, or requests for backgrounds

3. Once I have approved the commission and I have the references, I will request an invoice from you on either Paypal or Venmo (your choice).

4. Once I’ve received payment I will start the drawing.

5. I will send you updates (one during sketch and 1-2 during colors), in which you can request revisions. Please note that I will only do minor changes to a finished piece once it is fully rendered.
